He has been with Menlo for close to five years and has more than 10 years experience in sales. As Menlo’s Senior Vice President, Rich specializes in sales and leasing of office and investment properties throughout the state of Arizona.

Rich’s deep sales experience makes him essential to the Menlo Group. We’ve asked him a few questions regarding his background and growth predictions in commercial real estate in the valley.

MG: What is your professional background?

RA: I graduated from Utah State University with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing and a dual minor in Economics and Spanish. And from there, I earned a Masters in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

I’ve been in sales for close to 15 years and have been managing people and large accounts along the way.

MG: What do you specialize in at Menlo?

RA: I work in sales and leasing with a number of investment properties throughout the state of Arizona. In particular, I  do a lot of medical and dental tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation.

We work to make the process as simple as possible for investors. Also, with the increase in Phoenix population, we have areas seeing development in shopping plazas and unique office spaces. It’s an exciting time to be in Phoenix.

MG: When you’re not finalizing deals at Menlo, what do you like to do in your spare time?

RA: I’m married with four wonderful kids, so I enjoy spending time with my family. We do a lot of activities like baseball, fishing, golfing, hiking, and swimming.
